Thank you for supporting the Wrekin Beer & Cider Festival this year.

We had a super day this year: the weather was extremely kind with nary a drop of rain, a perfect beer (cider, lager, pimms etc.) drinking sort of a day.

Our thanks list is long: our beautiful, generous sponsors; our clever brewers and cidermakers; our dazzling performers both young and slightly less young; our food providers (nom nom); our neighbours for loan of all sorts of things, mostly chairs; our churches for sponsoring the kids' activities; our volunteers who worked tirelessly from early till late and who turned out the next day to clear it all away again; and above all YOU!

To everyone who supported the Festival, THANK YOU.

Leighton Village Hall would not survive without this event and this year, it raised nearly £3000.
